Short Term Rental Earnings Report

Upload an Airbnb transaction history export, and get a mind blowing amount of data back with a few tools that help with decision making.

Step 1

How to get the file out of Airbnb:

  1. Open airbnb.com/earnings.
  2. Click Paid, or go straight to airbnb.com/earnings/paid.
  3. Click Export CSV, then choose Download CSV.
  4. Make sure every checkbox is selected, then click Export CSV. The unticked boxes are what strip out guest names and older years, and those are exactly what this report needs.
Step 2

Enter your address and click Verify Email. We send a six digit code, you enter it here, and the report unlocks. Your address is used for nothing else and is not added to any list.

Step 3

Building takes a few seconds. You will see progress while it runs, then the finished report. Reports are deleted after two hours.
